Welcome to Turkish Business Coaching. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and products. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access our website or use our services.

Our services are designed for business professionals seeking to improve their negotiation skills and leadership abilities in both Turkish and international business contexts. These Terms outline the legal agreement between you, as the user, and Turkish Business Coaching, as the service provider.

Throughout these Terms, we use specific terminology with the following meanings:

  • Service: Any coaching, training, consulting, or educational services provided by Turkish Business Coaching.
  • Client: Any individual or organization that engages our services.
  • Content: Any information, data, text, images, videos, audio files, or other materials displayed on our website or provided as part of our services.
  • Account: A registered user profile on our website that enables access to certain features and services.
  • Intellectual Property: All trademarks, copyrights, patents, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights owned by Turkish Business Coaching.

3. Service Usage

Our coaching services are provided subject to the following conditions:

  1. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
  2. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering for our services.
  3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.
  4. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  5. You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  6. You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature through our website or services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We may discontinue or modify our services without notice.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website and materials provided as part of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Turkish Business Coaching or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may access, download, and print materials from our website for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not:

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Turkish Business Coaching at any time.

5. Payment Terms

For paid services, the following payment terms apply:

  1. All prices are quoted in Turkish Lira (TRY) unless otherwise specified.
  2. Payment is required in advance for all coaching programs and workshops.
  3. We accept payment by credit card, bank transfer, and other methods as specified on our website.
  4. Subscription-based services will automatically renew unless canceled at least 7 days before the renewal date.
  5. All sales are final. However, we offer a satisfaction guarantee as detailed in Section 6 of these Terms.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to clients before they take effect.

6. Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our coaching services and offer the following refund policy:

  1. If you are dissatisfied with a group workshop or seminar, you may request a refund within 3 days of the event.
  2. For individual coaching programs, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for the first session. If you're not satisfied, we'll refund the cost of that session.
  3. Long-term coaching programs (3+ months) include a 14-day cooling-off period during which you may cancel and receive a prorated refund for unused sessions.
  4. Digital products and online courses may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if you have completed less than 25% of the content.
  5. Customized corporate training programs are non-refundable once delivery has begun.

7. Appointment Cancellation

We understand that schedules can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  1. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled coaching session can be rescheduled at no charge.
  2. Cancellations made 24-48 hours before a scheduled session may be subject to a 50% rescheduling fee.
  3. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session, or no-shows, will be charged in full.
  4. Group workshops and seminars require 7 days' notice for cancellation to receive a refund.
  5. We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will provide as much notice as possible in such cases.

All cancellations must be made in writing via email to ensure proper documentation.

8. Confidentiality

We understand the sensitive nature of coaching relationships and are committed to maintaining confidentiality:

  1. All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept strictly confidential, except as required by law or with your written permission.
  2. We may use anonymized case studies for training, educational, or marketing purposes, but will never disclose identifying information without explicit permission.
  3. Corporate clients should note that feedback on organizational issues may be shared with the sponsoring organization as part of the agreed-upon coaching process.
  4. We implement reasonable security measures to protect client information, but cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.

9. Limitation of Liability

Turkish Business Coaching provides coaching services for professional development purposes only:

  1. Our services do not constitute legal, financial, or psychological advice.
  2. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from our coaching programs.
  3. In no event shall Turkish Business Coaching be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services.
  4. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
  5. We are not responsible for decisions made by clients based on information provided during coaching sessions.

By using our services, you acknowledge these limitations and agree to assume responsibility for your own decisions and actions.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between Turkish Business Coaching and a client:

  1. Both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation.
  2. If negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to mediation in accordance with the rules of the Istanbul Arbitration Center.
  3. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in Kocaeli, Turkey.
  4. Any proceedings will be conducted in English or Turkish, at the client's preference.
  5. The substantive laws of the Republic of Turkey shall govern these Terms without regard to conflict of law principles.

By using our services, you agree to this dispute resolution process and waive the right to pursue claims in a court of law.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time:

  1. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
  2. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify clients via email or through our website.
  3. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
  4. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed about changes.
