Our story began in 2010 when Dr. Ahmet Yildirim, a former executive at a multinational corporation, recognized a critical gap in the Turkish business landscape: while technical expertise was abundant, leadership and negotiation skills were underdeveloped, particularly for businesses operating in international markets.
Starting with just two coaches and a small office in Istanbul, we initially focused on helping local businesses navigate the complexities of international negotiations. Our unique approach, blending Western business methodologies with understanding of Eastern business cultures, quickly gained recognition.
By 2015, we had expanded our services to include comprehensive leadership development programs and opened our headquarters in İzmit to better serve the industrial corridor. That same year, we launched our first cross-cultural business communication workshops, which became our signature offering.
The pivotal moment in our company's growth came in 2018 when we were selected to develop a leadership program for one of Turkey's largest conglomerates. This high-profile success established us as the premier business coaching firm in the region and opened doors to partnerships with international coaching organizations.
